Tired

I've no idea what's wrong with me but I feel like I could sleep all day every day. It doesn't help that the boyfriend is unemployed and can stay in bed as long as he likes and no one notices whether I'm in at 9 am or 11.30 am. I don't feel ill or anything, just really tired and sleepy all the time. I got home yesterday after going to my office and pottering about town for a bit and felt like going to bed at about 6.30 pm. Anyway I've decied this isn't normal so I'm going to try and improve my diet. Instead of white toast and marmite I had a small bowl of tesco own brand Special K with red fruits (dry as milk is disgusting) and a small tin of apricots in fruit juice and two cups of fruit tea. I hope I can keep up sensible eating and not feel so sleepy all the time.

Do you think you're stressed? Changing sleep patterns can be indicative of stress, or depression. I hope not though!
 
I don't think so. I've been really sleepy for ages. I mostly have low level anxiety about ever getting a PhD and being a successful scientist.
